Sea Food OTAMOI 是一家以北海道豐富的海鮮為基礎，融合美國南部「卡津（Cajun）」風味的全新概念餐廳。透過豪邁有趣的「手抓海鮮」互動式用餐體驗，為您帶來前所未有、刺激五感的美味饗宴。

    將日本細膩的味覺與辛香濃郁的卡津料理結合，為「和食」注入嶄新的層次與驚喜。

    餐廳面積約 320㎡／78席，以工業風的金屬質感與札幌軟石結合木質溫度，打造出獨特又有故事感的用餐氛圍。


  • 🦀 互動式食體驗

    以「手抓」方式享用新鮮海鮮，豪快又有趣。桌面直接上菜，讓與朋友、家人共度的時光更加特別。

    嚴選當季的蟹、干貝、馬鈴薯、番茄等北海道在地食材，呈現最道地、最鮮活的味覺體驗。

  • 提供宿舍，搭電車至餐廳約30分鐘。

  • 男女分開宿舍，非獨立間。



【工作型態】

 全職（Full-time）

月薪 ¥250,000（提供宿舍，不提供交通補貼）

工作時間：10:00～20:00（實際工作約8小時，排班制）

週休 2 日


 兼職（Part-time）

¥1,300～¥1,500（需/不需提供宿舍者會有不同的條件，另相議）

工作時間：每天 5～8 小時，每週 3～5 天

福利待遇：員工餐，交通補助（僅不住宿者有提供）

■ 開業預定日

預計於 2025 年 11 月下旬至 12 月上旬 開業。


■ 培訓日程

開業前將於正式營業約 一週前 進行員工培訓。目前店舖內裝工程仍在進行中，實際培訓開始日期將待廚房基礎工程完成後另行通知。


■ 關於工作環境

本店預計將有多國籍員工共同工作。因此，因語言及文化差異，職場氛圍可能與一般日本職場略有不同。能夠理解並靈活適應此多元文化環境者，我們誠摯歡迎加入。

🏠 Staff Dormitory

Dormitory available — approx. 30 minutes by train to the restaurant.Separate dorms for men and women (shared rooms, not private).



【Employment Types】


👔 Full-time (正社員 / Full-time)

  • Monthly Salary: From ¥250,000(Dormitory provided; no transportation allowance)

  • Working Hours: 10:00–20:00 (approx. 8 working hours per day, shift-based)

  • Days Off: 2 days per week


🕒 Part-time (パート / アルバイト)

  • Hourly Wage: ¥1,300–¥1,500(Conditions vary depending on whether housing is required; negotiable)

  • Working Hours: 5–8 hours per day, 3–5 days per week


  • Benefits:

    • Free staff meals

    • Transportation allowance (for non-residents only)


📍 Work Location

Sumiyoshi-cho, Otaru City, Hokkaido(Approx. 7 minutes on foot from JR Minami-Otaru Station, Hakodate Main Line)

🏠 Opening Date

Scheduled for late November to early December 2025


📘 Training Period

Training will start approximately one week before opening.(Exact dates will be confirmed after kitchen construction is completed.)
